Fix Value Range Searching

Value Range searching is a complete mess, it doesn't work as expected.
It should work as described in: http://xapian.org/docs/valuerang... Plus a more comfortable Ruby way.
- Differ between value range processors by adding custom sublasses. This should enable queries like: 'created_at:2009/01/01..2009/02/28 author:A..Z'
